Transcripts & Records
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for maintaining the integrity of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s institutional academic records. As such, it serves as the main resource for important tasks such as ordering transcripts, verifying degree and enrollment, and ensuring confidentiality and student rights related to your educational record.
Transcripts
ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ offers two types of transcripts: Academic Transcript and Visual Experiences Transcript. The Academic Transcript provides all the details of the student’s academic record (degree, date degree conferred, areas of study, courses sorted by term, grades, term GPA and cumulative GPA). The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Visual EXP Transcript provides a visual infographic of the student’s Co-Curricular ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Experiences: Global Education, Internship, Leadership, Research and Service.
Diplomas
Upon graduation, all students receive a paper diploma. This paper diploma is an official document issued by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ, however, it should not be used as a validation of a student’s degree. A replacement paper diploma may be ordered online. Students can also request an official Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma). This diploma provides the details of a student’s degree, including conferral date and a unique number (CeDiD) displayed top left of the document. The CeDiploma can be independently validated through the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ website by future employers, State Government Licensing Agencies and any other entity that wishes to validate the diploma.

Degree & Enrollment Certification
ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. We require that employers and background screening firms contact the Clearinghouse for this information. Student’s may obtain their own certification of enrollment.
Digital Badging
Digital badges are a portable micro-credential that recognizes the student’s achievement in a certain skill or competency. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ is proud to partner with Credly to issue digital badges to learners who have completed ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ-sponsored badge programs.
