GOAL: Integrate technology-driven sustainability practices into university operations to drive cultural and behavioral changes and minimize environmental impact at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.

 

 

STRATEGIES

Progress updates will start in 2026. 

Actions for each strategy have been identified and will be prioritized on an annual basis by the implementation team.

S1 Digitization: Reduce hardware and supplies used for  by 80% compared to a 2024 baseline.

S2 Sourcing: Maintain technology sourcing from companies that support sustainable and environmentally conscious business practices, striving for Electronic Product Environmental Assessment Tool (EPEAT) Gold registered products when possible.

S3 Education & Outreach: Enhance sustainability information in Technology Guides for students, faculty and staff by 2028 and increase their awareness through annual communication, educational opportunities and workshops.
