Starting in Spring 2026, transfer students are subject to the two-year residency requirement and will be guaranteed on-campus housing.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ has a two-year residency requirement. For most students, this means having the option to choose off-campus housing for their junior and senior years. As a transfer, you’ll receive a housing credit for each fall or spring semester completed at full-time status at another institution. Residence Life will work with the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Office and Office of the Registrar on these evaluations.

Incoming transfer students must complete the housing application in . Incoming transfers are placed in housing and cannot participate in any current student housing selection processes.
