The honorees – young alumni who have achieved major professional success, serve as difference-makers in their communities and loyally support ������Ƶ as partners, advocates and investors – will be recognized April 30.

Based in Greensboro, N.C., North Carolina A&T State University will join the CAA as a full member on July 1 and will join as a member of CAA Football on July 1, 2023.

Brzozowski, a track star during her time at ������Ƶ, pivoted to bobsledding after the pandemic hit and recently competed in the Junior World Championships.

The Colonial Athletic Conference (CAA) has announced Hampton University, Monmouth University and Stony Brook University will join the conference beginning with the 2022-23 academic year and athletic season.

The championship will be held at Hunt Softball Park on May 12-14.

The local track and field star captured a CAA championship in 2020 and is chasing excellence in the discus.

The long-time, generous ������Ƶ parent passed away Saturday, Dec. 11, at the age of 88.
