Katrina Taylor ’04 is the editor and producer of a documentary titled “Boone,” which chronicles the trials and tribulations of three young farmers working on a small goat farm in Southern Oregon. 

The third annual #ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵDay celebration raised $955,099 from 3,749 gifts, making it the single greatest day of giving in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s history.

Members of the worldwide ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community can participate by making a gift to the university and sharing their ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ pride on social media.

Students, faculty and staff celebrated ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ on March 8, 2016, in a special gathering around Fonville Fountain where revelers heard from two young alumni about the value and power of giving back to their alma mater.

A special Feb. 27 dinner offered ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students, alumni and staff members an opportunity to share stories from a residential living-learning community that introduces freshmen to campus and regional service opportunities.

Katie Zach ’04 and Leanne High ’07 visited campus to talk about their past experiences and current roles working in the public relations field, giving students insight into the professional world. 

For the second consecutive year, students studying in the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ in LA program got an inside look at the festivities leading up to the Academy Awards, the film industry’s biggest night of the year.

The Pendulum, Phi Psi Cli and Colonnades won a total of 22 awards from the North Carolina College Media Association.

A campus Gathering of Friends to mourn the loss of a beloved ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ scholar and mentor takes place Monday, Feb. 29, at 4 p.m. in the Sacred Space of the Numen Lumen Pavilion.
