The student news program was recognized in the magazine category of the 37th College Television Awards presented on May 25 by the Television Academy Foundation.

Commencement 2016 concluded with the traditional charge by President Leo M. Lambert to the graduates.

Fifty-nine percent of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students in the Class of 2016 made a gift to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ as part of the senior class giving campaign, raising more than $20,990 for areas of campus most important to them.

The evening before their Commencement ceremony, graduate students in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Interactive Media master's program hosted the annual iMedia Capstone Exhibition, presenting their yearlong projects to professionals, faculty and staff, family and friends.

Hosted by the Office of Alumni Engagement, the Wednesday program gave seniors a final moment before Commencement to talk with the faculty and staff mentors who shaped their campus experiences.

Thousands of alumni donors who have chosen to pay it forward for future ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumni will receive special recognition at this year's Commencement ceremony as part of the Share your Chair project.

The School of Communications notches four national wins and two national finalist nods in Mark of Excellence competition.

The inaugural leadership of the new chapter consists of Matthew Groves L'11 as chapter chair and Karima Grady L'13 as chapter vice chair.
