ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ offers all full-time faculty and staff members a comprehensive life insurance program, including basic life and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, and optional life insurance and long term disability insurance from which you can choose to participate. These plans provide you or your listed beneficiaries with financial security should something happen to you while employed by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.
Available Coverage Includes:
- Basic Life Insurance: Employer-paid coverage for all full-time faculty and staff.
- Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) Insurance: Additional financial protection in the event of accidental injury or death.
- Dependent Life Insurance: Optional coverage available for spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children.
- Voluntary Life Insurance: Opportunity to purchase additional life insurance coverage beyond the basic plan.

Converting Your Life Insurance Coverage
If your employment with ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ ends, you may be eligible to convert your group life insurance coverage to an individual policy without providing evidence of insurability. To qualify, you must apply for conversion within 31 days of your date of termination. Contact Lincoln Financial Group at (800) 423-2765 to learn more or begin the conversion process.
