The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Concert Band is an ensemble that focuses on developing instrumental music fundamentals through standard band literature. This ensemble is open to all students (regardless of major), community members, faculty, and even select high school students in the area.

As a service to the surrounding community, this ensemble prides itself in welcoming all musicians. No auditions are required to join this ensemble.

Any person with previous experience playing a wind or percussion instrument is eligible to participate in the Phoenix Winds. Community members and students are welcome.

Will I have time to be in the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Concert Band?

Absolutely! The Concert Band meet only once a week. on Tuesday nights from 7:30-9:30. The low time commitment allows you to continue to play great music, but also have time to participate in marching band or other musical ensembles, as well as take advantage of the other academic, service, and social experiences that ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ offers!
