First-year Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) students from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ recently joined second-year Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) students from Rowan Cabarrus Community College (RCCC) for an intensive, hands-on learning activity.

Beyond 12, an initiative designed to promote college and career readiness among middle school students, welcomed 50 students to campus for a two-day summer program focused on exploring future pathways.

During the past year, students contributed 88,084 hours of service, with more than 3,200 students participating in volunteer and community engagement efforts.

The accomplishments of the students and faculty at ACSM 2026 continue a tradition of scholarly excellence within ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s DPT program and demonstrate the impact of collaborative research experiences on student professional development.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ celebrated the Class of 2026 on May 22 as students officially became alumni during the university’s 136th Commencement Ceremonies in Schar Center, where they were encouraged to embrace failure, pursue growth and remain hopeful about the future.

Retirees were honored during a faculty/staff luncheon on May 12 in Alumni Gym.
