The School of Health Sciences Student Diversity Committee hosted a Cultural Game Night, inviting students, faculty and staff to "play something new and meet someone new" while celebrating the unique diversity of the students, faculty, and staff in the School of Health Sciences at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ celebrated the Class of 2026 on May 22 as students officially became alumni during the university’s 136th Commencement Ceremonies in Schar Center, where they were encouraged to embrace failure, pursue growth and remain hopeful about the future.

Retirees were honored during a faculty/staff luncheon on May 12 in Alumni Gym.

The Class of 2026 marks the second cohort to graduate from the university’s four-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing program. On May 20, the graduates were honored in a pinning ceremony in McCrary Theatre.

This approval confirms that the program’s curriculum includes the academic coursework and supervised clinical training necessary for graduates to pursue the educational requirements associated with the Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) pathway in North Carolina.

Graduates will be honored through two ceremonies in Schar Center on May 22.
