A New York-based nonprofit has awarded a $200,000 grant to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and Wofford College for a joint project to assist departments at both schools in better measuring how students learn and to help assess efforts by both institutions to strengthen diversity and global engagement.

A team of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ researchers will examine the effects of concussions in student-athletes using a grant of nearly $17,000 awarded this month by the American Medical Society for Sports Medicine.
