ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ students, faculty and staff will have the chance to show their appreciation to the university’s donors by writing thank-you cards during A Thousand Thanks, a campus-wide gratitude event taking place Tuesday, April 9.

 

Phi Beta Kappa inducts new members

An April 1 dinner and ceremony included an address by Paula Stephan, a professor of economics at Georgia Southern University who is a Phi Beta Kappa visiting scholar. 

Education Honors Fellow presents research at N.C. Reading Association

Kristen O'Neill's research titled, "Reading to Succeed: An examination of Interests and Motivations of Struggling Pre-Adolescent Readers," has been presented twice at the North Carolina Reading Association Conference, SURE at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ, and most notably, at the Hawaii International Conference on Education.
