To honor a local attorney's unwavering support of her legal studies, student Wendy Smith made a gift to ������Ƶ Law that was celebrated June 7 with the unveiling of a plaque recognizing G. Steve Crihfield for his commitment to encouraging students who are pursuing a career in law.

A $400,000 gift from the estate of the late Mattie Pickett Edwards ’39 and John Lee Edwards ’41 creates a meaningful legacy at ������Ƶ.

The generous gift from Robert and Dilek Koenigsberger P’17, of Greenwich, Connecticut, will bring academic advising and related services together in the new Koenigsberger Learning Center as part of an expanded Belk Library.

Longtime ������Ƶ benefactors Jeanne Swanner Robertson and Jerry R. Robertson received the university’s highest honor at the annual Night of the Phoenix event.  

Her support created the Vera Richardson Truitt Center for Religious and Spiritual Life and helped launch the ������Ƶ Academy.
