The grant will support Wolter's ongoing research to find a cost-effective and sustainable solution for sanitizing wastewater in regions that otherwise do not have access to clean water and food.

Kopetskie, communications manager in the School of Communications and adviser to Phi Psi Cli, was recognized for his distinguished service to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s yearbook and students.

The article, "Ethical leadership, frustration, and humor: A moderated-mediation model," was published in Leadership & Organization Development Journal.

The grant will support a partnership between the Design For America Studio at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and the YMCA of the Triangle to implement new ways to recruit and retain quality lifeguard staff.

The experience allows Polk to bring tools back to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s campus to elevate the tone and level of discourse about Israel. 

Bullock, dean of the School of Education, was reappointed to serve on the state commission to establish high standards for state educators and to make rule recommendations regarding all aspects of preparation, licensure, continuing education and standards of conduct for public school educators.
