The message was simple: “You complete us.” The ������Ƶ School of Law welcomed its third class Aug. 7 with a day of orientation activities – faculty introductions, book purchases, formal portraits – for a group that brings the school to full capacity.

Geoffrey Lynn, a chemistry major who graduated in 2007, has been accepted into the National Institutes of Health Oxford/Cambridge Scholars Program, a doctoral training program for outstanding science students committed to biomedical research.

������Ƶ will launch its fifth graduate program beginning in summer 2009, offering a master of arts degree in interactive media through the School of Communications. The program will be the first of its kind in North Carolina, preparing students to become leading professionals in the rapidly evolving communications industry.
