The prominent author and expert in the fields of autism and animal welfare will visit campus on Tuesday, Feb. 27 with a 7:30 p.m. lecture in McCrary Theatre titled "Developing Individuals Who Have Different Kinds of Minds."

Temple Grandin is a prominent author and expert in the fields of animal science and autism as well as a professor of Animal Science at Colorado State University. In her lecture, she will discuss different ways of thinking including visual, math pattern and verbal.
The visit is sponsored by the Ƶ chapter of Autism Speaks U, Ƶ Teaching Fellows, the Liberal Arts Forum and the Office of Cultural and Special Programs.
