Being a successful theater actor in New York isn’t easy. Just ask Todd Horman ’94, the first graduate of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s music theatre program who has managed to stay in the business thanks, in part, to Professor of Performing Arts Cathy McNeela, a mentor and friend who taught him the ropes 24 years ago.

The national Council on Undergraduate Research ranks ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ among the nation's top 57 colleges and universities "leading the way" in student participation. 

Associate Professor Scott Wolter ’85 and two ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students are measuring x-ray patterns of everyday items as part of a broader effort to help the U.S. Department of Homeland Security develop a new generation of airport explosive-detection technology.

This upcoming Tuesday November 18, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's International Business Club will be hosting World Food Night. It will take place from 6:30-8:30pm in McKinnon Hall. 

More than $80,000 was awarded in scholarship assistance this fall as hundreds of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students participate in semester study abroad programs that have seen strong growth in recent years.

More than 50 students presented entrepreneurial ventures that offered solutions to social issues or ideas for a business opportunity.

The annual awards are sponsored by the Young Alumni Council and honor deserving ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumni who have graduated within the past decade.
