Levesque and Morse ’08 present at Society for Personality and Social Psychology Conference

Patrick Morse, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Class of 2008, and Maurice Levesque, Professor of Psychology and Associate Dean of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ College, the College of Arts and Sciences, co-authored a presentation at the Society for Personality and Social Psychology conference. 

The presentation, entitled “Do you really know me: The effects of personality similarity on interpersonal accuracy,” was based on Morse’s Honors thesis research on the accuracy of first impressions. Morse is a graduate student in psychology at Villanova University.  

Morse was one of four ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ alums in psychology graduate programs presenting at the conference.  The other presenters were Chris Nave ’04 (University of California, Riverside), Brian Nelson ’05 (East Tennessee State University), and Mike Ransom ’05 (Ohio University).
