ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumni in Miami hosted a successful “Beat the Canes” baseball party Saturday, March 30 before ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ met the University of Miami in the second game of a three-game series. More than 75 alumni, friends and parents attended the party at the Titanic Brewery in Coral Gables.
Florida alumni area directors Drew Greep ’97, Kristin Neumann Greep ’97 and David Tworoger ’98 were instrumental in hosting the event.
ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ defeated Miami, the defending national champions, by scores of 3-2 on Friday and 11-8 on Saturday, before losing in the ninth inning on Sunday, 5-4.
