Creating Your First Semester Schedule
Advising Course Interest Form
The Advising Course Form will be used to indicate and submit your areas of interest for your 1st semester schedule at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ.
Your schedule will be built based on your responses and completion of this form. Please be thoughtful about your selections and take time to do some research on course descriptions. Resources for course selection are provided at the bottom of this page.
Once the form is completed and submitted, you will then be prompted to select the day and time for your one-on-one, individualized advising session with a professional advisor.Ìý This is a required meeting for every incoming new student.
During this session, you will have the opportunity to discuss your schedule, ask questions, request possible adjustments and provide any additional information. You will gain access to this form once you have deposited, indicating your commitment to attending ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ.

- Download theÌýMajor GuidebookÌýfor any majors of interest.
- Access theÌýCourse Lists. Here are provided course lists of classes for new students to consider in their first semester. The lists include ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Core Curriculum, Intro to Major, HealthEU, and other Self-Interest classes.
- While all classes on your schedule will be pre-registered, please understand the following courses can not be changed.ÌýThese include, but are not limited to:
- ELN 1010: First-Year Advising Seminar (required); and,
- EitherÌýCOR 1100: The Global ExperienceÌýorÌýENG 1100: Writing – Argument & Inquiry (both are required but one is completed in fall and the other in spring)
- Review your Math PlacementÌýandÌýWorld Language PlacementÌýin OnTrack. Click the arrow to the left of your class schedule and locate “Non-Term Courses.”
