Engineering programs at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ: Small classes, big opportunities
Engineers have the opportunity to be of profound service to humanity as they identify, navigate, and work toward finding solutions for complex problems affecting our world.
ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s engineering majors graduate with the skills to lead those efforts. Our alumni are employed in diverse fields including energy, defense, exploration, biomedical technology, global manufacturing and beyond.
ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ offers an ABET-accredited Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree with concentrations in biomedical engineering, computer engineering, environmental engineering and mechanical engineering. Our dual-degree engineering program includes a degree from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ with an engineering degree from partner institutions like N.C. State University, Georgia Tech, and Clemson University.
Students in our engineering programs thrive in small classes, get hands-on experience from day one, and develop close relationships with expert faculty who are dedicated to teaching and mentoring. Our engineering facilities include the cutting-edge Innovation Quad, with 20,000 square feet of state-of-the-art electronic equipment, machining and prefabrication workshops, a robotics lab and advanced labs for research across various engineering disciplines.
