My roommates and I are going abroad in the fall and are looking for one to three people to sublease our lovely three-bedroom, three-bathroom apartment! Each bedroom comes with its own private bathroom, walk-in closet, bed frame, mattress, desk, and dressers. It’s very spacious and modern, comes with a washer and dryer, access to the internet, and is a three-minute drive from campus. Parking spaces are included for each roommate.

You would need to qualify for the apartment through the management company and would sign a full 12-month lease. This complex seems to be in demand, and this guarantees you a unit (if you qualify). I cannot commit to anything until our home closes at the end of April, but once that is done, we can connect you with the management company. It will help us avoid paying a lease break fee.

You will be living with two other roommates, all of which have their own bedroom and bathroom.
