The School of Education and the Isabella Cannon Global Education Center hosted 14 international visitors from Saudi Arabia on Nov. 2 to engage in a cultural exchange on the topic of education.

Five extraordinary alumni were recognized Friday during an awards ceremony as part of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Homecoming festivities.

The award is presented for the first time by the American Philosophical Association, the American Association of Philosophy Teachers and the Teaching Philosophy Association. 

A range of events during the month of November is organized by the Center for Race, Ethnicity & Diversity Education and its partners. 

The Princeton Review gives top marks to the MBA program of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Martha and Spencer Love School of Business. 

The founding dean, who completed a major expansion project last year and hosted a successful reaccreditation review this fall, will conclude 17 years in the role.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ has partnered with the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand, and Arcadia University in Glenside, Pennsylvania, for a semester-long experience for students in the School of Education. 

Enrique Armijo, associate dean for academic affairs and an associate professor of law, is the fourth member of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law faculty elevated to the ranks of the nation’s premier organization for the advancement of legal scholarship.

Backstage noted the breadth of instruction and support that musical theatre students at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ receive in highlighting the program. 

Becky Neiduski, who joined ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ earlier this year as head of the School of Health Sciences, was honored earlier this month.
