After exploring eight countries and performing various roles on tour, the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ music theatre graduate is ready to explore other interests back home in the city while continuing his stage pursuits.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Music Theatre graduate adds current role in "Wicked" tour to his extensive resume of Broadway, Off-Broadway shows including "Spring Awakening," "West Side Story" and the revival of "Rent."

The music theatre alumna was nominated for a 2014 Drama Desk Award  alongside Sutton Foster, Idina Menzel, Kelli O’Hara, Jessie Mueller and others, as well as a 2014 Lucille Lortel Award.

Rising senior Amber Schmiesing, whose work with film was inspired by her experience in the "ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ in L.A." program, won the Dance Camera West film festival's Emerging Artist Second Runner Up Award for an original dance film. 

Families from surrounding communities visited ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ on May 3, 2014, for an inaugural celebration of the humanities and natural sciences that featured music, dance, exhibitions and hands-on activities for children of all ages.
