As families in luggage-laden minivans and SUVs arrive on ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ's campus each move-in day, you usually can count on one or two sets of twins to be among the new students. Not this year: the Class of 2015 holds six sets of twins.

Towing their suitcases and luggage trunks, their televisions and their refrigerators, more than 1,400 students in the Class of 2015 arrived at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ on Friday morning under a sweltering summer sun with humidity blanketing the region.
198 ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ student-athletes named to SoCon Academic Honor Roll

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ's Phoenix athletics program placed 198 student-athletes on the Southern Conference's 2010-11 Academic Honor Roll. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ had the third highest number of honorees among the conference's 12 colleges and universities.

Greg Lilly explores impact of motivation on student achievement

Colonnades neighborhood completed for fall semester

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ’s three newest residence halls open this fall with hundreds of students scheduled to move into earth-friendly buildings designed to blend academic and extracurricular life. The debut of Colonnades C, D and E – now named Kivette Hall, William W. Staley Hall and William A. Harper Hall, respectively – represents the completion of The Colonnades neighborhood adjacent to the Koury Business Center.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ’s campus bookstore opened for business Monday morning in the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ Town Center on Williamson Avenue with students, faculty, staff and local citizens visiting a shop offering an expanded selection of college apparel, general interest books and school supplies.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓÆµ President Leo M. Lambert announced this week a special campus initiative to collect and distribute school supplies to hundreds of homeless children in Alamance County and to children at a school in Afghanistan who struggle for access to basic educational materials.
