The annual program for first-year students was adapted this year so that the Class of 2024 could participate in small groups to learn about the four virtues central to the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Honor Code.

The 2021 edition of "The Best 386 Colleges" guide also recognized ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's career services, campus, performing arts productions and residential facilities.

More than 1,600 new ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students celebrated the formal start of their academic careers at the university at the ceremony, with small groups of students gathering to watch the live-streamed event.

During multiple sessions on Friday and Saturday, parents and family members have an opportunity to hear from President Connie Ledoux Book and other senior leaders.

More than 1,600 members of the Class of 2024 and other new students are arriving on campus on Friday, Aug. 14, and Saturday, Aug. 15, for Move-In and New Student Orientation, with the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community coming together to assist with a smooth transition.
