When Assistant Professor Heather Scavone steps down from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law in October for a legal position in the federal government, Katherine Reynolds, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law’s Clinical Practitioner in Residence, will serve as interim director of the Humanitarian Immigration Law Clinic.

Twenty-five students will help guide the school's Moot Court Program by participating in upcoming national contests and by coordinating ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law's own national moot court competition in October.

Forthcoming publications by Sara Ochs, a Legal Method & Communication Fellow at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law, and subsequent presentations to international scholars will explain how a "hybrid" tribunal designed to prosecute war criminals in Southeast Asia is on the verge of collapse.

Sichelman of the University of San Diego School of Law to research why young companies in software, biotechnology, medical device, and hardware industries opt to use - or not use - laws that can protect competitive advantage and profits.

In Convocation remarks to the Class of 2020, one of North Carolina’s top philanthropic leaders encouraged ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law’s newest students to never forget the fortunes of fate that brought them to law school or the responsibilities they have to serve the public with a legal education.
