The annual ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Faculty Report highlights scholarly and service contributions of the faculty at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law. This edition includes profiles of professors Peter Hoffman, Tom Molony, Michael Rich and Catherine Wasson, an introduction of new faculty members, news highlights about the significant professional and public service rendered by faculty members in the past year, and a report on scholarly publications of the faculty during the 2011-12 academic year.

Twenty-five law and MBA students met with top business and law leaders in Beijing and Hong Kong through an international business course.

On October 26, the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Review presented a symposium examining First Amendment issues resulting from the interplay between religion and government.

Discussing competence, leadership and lawyering, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law Founding Dean and Professor of Law Emeritus Leary Davis describes ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law's program of legal education in an article that was recently published in the Santa Clara Law Review.
