Luke Bierman, dean of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ School of Law, offered the following statement regarding the nomination of Merrick Garland, chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, to the United States Supreme Court. 

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Review's latest volume includes articles examining the dissent in the Supreme Court's historic Obergefell v. Hodges decision,  the reasoning of a U.S. Court of Appeals in a book banning case and the lack of clarity in parts of the Americans with Disabilities Act. 

Professor and author Danielle Keats Citron delivered the spring keynote address Thursday night in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Lauren Dunne Astley Memorial Lecture program, which aims to promote healthy relationships between young men and women and prevent domestic violence.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law's 2016 Commencement ceremony will feature Judge Albert Diaz of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
