International students, faculty and staff gathered on Monday for a special Thanksgiving dinner with President Book.

������Ƶ is once again recognized for the highest percentage rate of study abroad in the nation and for the first time is ranked among the top 10 doctoral universities for total study abroad participation.

The generous estate gift from The Rev. Joyce Myers-Brown ’59 of Atlanta will deepen funding for a scholarship she established in 2011 to increase access to global study. The gift is part of A Will to Lead, a special initiative of the ������Ƶ LEADS Campaign to encourage donors to include the university in their estate plans.

The final conference, “The Persistence of the Nightmare: Argentine Narrative of the 21st Century," was hosted by Distinguished Professor at North Carolina State University Greg Dawes at Carlton Commons on Nov. 9.
