From investigating illegal shark fishing in Costa Rica to mentoring scholars in the Odyssey Program and celebrating Hispanic heritage, Lilliana Molina ’27 is making her ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ journey one of impact and connection.

From sitting in on ESPN’s "First Take" to engaging in hands-on workshops, five journalism majors left the August conference energized about their career paths.

To celebrate ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s 135th Commencement on May 23, Today at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ is highlighting several graduating seniors who have made the most of their ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ experience.

The senior from Burlington, North Carolina, will become the first ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ student to graduate after completing three signature programs designed to increase access to higher education.

The Accrediting Council on Education in Journalism and Mass Communications (ACEJMC) unanimously voted to renew the school’s accreditation – its fourth consecutive recommendation since 2006.
