The annual conference offers students professional development and networking opportunities. 

Maeve Kenney is a senior elementary education and policy studies major at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ. She plans to become a teacher and continue to be an advocate for children and schools. Her point-of-view on the future of education was recently published in The News & Observer.

On Wednesday, Nov. 2, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., students and faculty members from the Department of World Languages and Cultures will join representatives from the Global Education Center in the Moseley Kitchen to answer questions about language majors and minors, regional studies programs and global engagement opportunities. We welcome all students, staff and faculty members for information and international food!

Proctored language assessments in five languages for students who missed the October 1 deadline of their first year at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ will be offered as per the schedule below. 

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ College Fellow, chemistry major and senior Amanda Brechbill was selected to present her research at the 68th annual Southeast Regional American Chemical Society meeting.
