The City of Greensboro's Operation Bed Roll, in which ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law students are assisting, removes plastic bags from the waste stream and transforms them into bed rolls for the homeless.

May Memorial Library is seeking volunteers to help immigrants with computer skills on Monday nights in January from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. 

Alamance County Libraries Holiday Magic Event in Need of Volunteers on Dec. 9 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.

Alamance County Libraries will be hosting Eastlawn Literacy Night  at the Front St. Methodist Church on Dec. 13 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and is in need of 10-15 volunteers.

Unified Sports is a partnership between Special Olympics Alamance County and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Campus Recreation that brings together Special Olympics athletes and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students through participation in various sports.
