ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumnus and parent Grayson Whitt ’79 P’08 P’09 and his wife Connie Whitt P’08 P’09 continue their loyal support of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ athletics by making a generous gift through their estate. Their gift is part of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign.

The scholarship created by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ parents William and Laura Wilson P’23 will help recruit outstanding students who will become graduates the world needs. The couple’s gift has helped fuel the success of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign.

The Kernodle Center for Civic Life and Student Involvement foster community engagement and social well-being through volunteerism and philanthropy during Greek and Service Week.

Alumni Rich ’97 and Jenn Nowalk ’99 continue their loyal support of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ to help secure the university’s future. Their estate gifts are part of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign, which concludes on Dec. 31.

The assistant professor of sport management and six students volunteered at the Great Golf Getaway, a charity event hosted on Oct. 9 by the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ PA Student Society.

The annual fundraising event held in Schar Center on Oct. 7 generated more than $400,000 for student-athlete scholarships.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's first-year PA students organized the Great Golf Getaway to benefit local community partner, Open Door Clinic of Alamance County, raising $14,400 to advance access to medical care for the uninsured.

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community gathered at Whitley Auditorium to pay tribute to two of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's most loyal benefactors, the late Jerry and Jeanne Robertson for a night of comedy and performances.
