The law school community gathered Dec. 15, 2016, to recognize 10 students who completed their legal studies a semester early while, in the words of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Law Dean Luke Bierman, “leaving this place better than you found it.”

A 2007 ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ graduate, Interiano is a producer and on-air talent  for "Despierta America," the top-rated morning show for Univision Network.

Students in Assistant Professor Shaina Dabbs’ “Event Management” class raised more than $2,300 to support the Boys & Girls Club of Alamance County and Excel Christian Academy of Burlington.

Forty-eight students received their doctor of physical therapy degrees at a commencement ceremony in McCrary Theatre on Sunday, Dec. 11. 

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ alumnus and acclaimed filmmaker was recognized as part of the grand opening celebration of the school’s new high-definition movie theater in Dwight C. Schar Hall.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and the School of Communications officially opened the new 220-seat theater on Dec. 8, with a cinematic celebration recognizing the work of Laith Majali ’05.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ parents Ken and Malinda Gill of Charlotte, N.C., are among the donors who have recently made generous gifts to support the Schar Center, the university’s new 5,400-seat convocation center.

The ranking comes from Poets & Quants, a business education news outlet that released its inaugural survey results on Dec. 5. 

Two ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ graduates were named Teacher of the Year at their schools. 

Members of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community gathered in Alumni Gym on Dec. 3 to pay tribute to Dr. Danieley, who served ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ for more than seven decades.
