Ligia Cravo, MSW, senior program officer with the William Randolph Hearst Foundations, met with university students, faculty and administrators on April 1 in an effort to evaluate ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ for an expansion of the Hearst Scholars program in the School of Communications.

Committed alums-to-be of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and Agnes Scott College compared notes and traded stories this month about their work raising funds for their schools’ senior class gifts.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Board of Visitors raised nearly $30,000 in gifts and pledges to benefit the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Academy at a Nov. 20 special evening reception and dinner in Burlington, N.C., at the Alamance Country Club.
