Doctor of Physical Therapy Class of 2025

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s newest cohort of physical therapy graduate students represent a variety of undergraduate institutions such as the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Appalachian State University, Auburn University, Denison University and Texas A&M University.

The average age of the incoming DPT students is 24 years old and they hail from 16 states including Washington, Colorado, Michigan and Virginia. These students have an average undergraduate GPA of 3.55 and an average GRE score of 304.

ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Doctor of Physical Therapy program has built a reputation for excellence. In 2016, the program was reaccredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy (CAPTE) and commended for its self-study report. The Department of Physical Therapy Education was created in 1996 offering a master’s degree and enrolled its first doctoral students in 2003.

Physician Assistant Studies Class of 2024

The Physician Assistant Studies program welcomed its newest class of students who represent undergraduate institutions such as the University of Georgia, Tulane University, North Carolina State University, College of Charleston and Michigan State University.

The students have an average age of 26 years old and start the program with a variety of health care experience, with each bringing an average of 5,000 hours worked in health care. Their average undergraduate GPA is 3.71. These new students come to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ from 19 states including Arizona, Illinois, New York and Tennessee.

The Class of 2024 is the 11th class for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program, which enrolled its charter class in January 2013. In 2016, the program achieved a major milestone with recognition and continued accreditation by The Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant, the national accrediting body.

The average age of the incoming DPT students is 24 years old and they hail from 14 states including New York, Louisiana, California and Illinois. These students have an average undergraduate GPA of 3.53 and an average GRE score of 304.

The students have an average age of 27 years old and start the program with a variety of health care experience, with each bringing an average of 3,500 hours worked in health care. Their average undergraduate GPA is 3.70. These new students come to ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ from 18 states including Washington, Maryland, Michigan and Colorado.

The Class of 2023 is the 10th class for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies program, which enrolled its charter class in January 2013.
