Proceeds from the gift will fund life-changing scholarships that serve students with high financial need in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Odyssey Program. These scholarships are among the top priorities of the upcoming ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ LEADS Campaign, the largest fundraising campaign in the university’s history.

The generous gift from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Trustee Louis DeJoy and his wife, Dr. Aldona Wos, of Greensboro, North Carolina, will assist students with exceptional ability and high financial need from Title I schools in Guilford County.

The generous gift from ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ trustee, alumnus and parent Jack R. Lindley Sr. ’56 P’83 and his wife, Dorothy C. Lindley P’83, of Burlington, North Carolina, will provide valuable funding to help secure the university’s future.
