Legal Education Assistance Foundation (NCLEAF) on May 22. The group heard a presentation by Heather Jarvis of Equal Justice Works

Charleston Cougars 17-8 on May 25 to claim the 2008 SoCon tournament title. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ improved to 43-16

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Phoenix will enter the upcoming 2008 Southern Conference Baseball Championship as the number one seed
after winning the regular season title outright with a 19-8 SoCon mark.
The Phoenix finished one game ahead of College of Charleston (18-9)
whose loss on the last day of the regular season gave ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ the title
outright. It is the second SoCon title for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ in three seasons.
