Night of the Phoenix has grown each year and this year was no exception, raising a record $521,923.
The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community came together to celebrate the 17th Annual Night of the Phoenix to benefit and support ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Athletics Friday night. Since its inception, Night of the Phoenix has grown each year and this year was no exception, raising a record $521,923. That total represents a 16 percent year-over-year growth from last year’s record-breaking effort.
“ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s greatest strength lies in its people and the collective belief in the impact of the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ experience,” Director of Athletics Jenn Strawley said. “Our student-athletes benefit from a truly transformational experience, thanks to the generosity and dedication of so many. I am deeply grateful to the entire ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ family for your support of this year’s Night of the Phoenix and your belief in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Athletics.”
To date, Night of the Phoenix has helped to generate more than $3.6 million of support for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Athletics and continues to stand out as the largest annual fundraising event that takes place at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ annually.
