Student media organizations honored among state’s best

Ƶ News Network, Phi Psi Cli yearbook and Colonnades Literary & Art Journal collect Best of Show honors at the annual North Carolina College Media Association gathering at High Point University.

Members of Ƶ News Network and Colonnades Literary and Art Journal hold up awards received at the North Carolina College Media Association on Feb. 24, 2024, in High Point. Ƶ student media won 19 awards at the convention, including Best of Show honors for The Pendulum newspaper, elonnewsnetwork.com website, Colonnades Literary & Art Journal and Phi Psi Cli yearbook.

Ƶ News Network, Phi Psi Cli yearbook and Colonnades Literary & Art Journal all won Best of Show awards on Feb. 24 from the . More than a dozen students were honored in the individual categories, as well.

The awards were presented at the association’s conference for college media students and advisers held at High Point University.

The awards contest included hundreds of entries from more than 20 college media outlets from across the state. Below is a list of the Ƶ winners.
