Social Media Ambassadors: How ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students can play a role in the university’s social media

Current ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ students can work with the Office of University Communications to assist with ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's social media efforts and showcase what life is like on campus.

So are you an ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ student who is interested in social media? You stay on trends and sometimes can see a trend before anyone else? Do you love photography? Or maybe you love making TikToks? If any of that sounds like you, become a Student Social Media Ambassador for ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ!

This position is open to any current ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ student on campus, across any major or activity. A comm major? Great. Majoring in engineering, English, environmental studies or exercise science? We know you’d be terrific. All are welcome! But before we all get too far, this is a volunteer position (that could mean prizes and swag).

This is a brand-new program, so you will be helping to shape the landscape of social at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ. So really the question is, are you ready to be ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Instagram famous?

Join us on Tuesday, Sept. 6, at 5:30 p.m. outside in Belk Amphitheater – right in front of Lindner Hall in the Lambert Academic Village, for an interest meeting. Learn more about the program and how you can be a part of it.
