Hosted by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ families, the Summer Welcome Event series in July and August encourages incoming students and their families to connect prior to arriving on campus for Move-In Weekend.

Coordinated by the Office of Parent Engagement, Summer Welcome Events provide an opportunity for incoming ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ families to engage with current ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ families. This year, more than 30 events will be hosted across the nation – including one in London – from early July to mid-August.
To register, incoming families should visit the to find the event closest to them. Families are welcome to register for any event. Each city name will link to a registration page. Once registered, families will receive a confirmation email including the event location and other details.
