The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Opera Workshop performed a concert for residents at The Village at Brookwood on May 1.
The class performed music and scenes from "The Magic Flute," "Suor Angelica," and "Street Scene" for the retirement community.
"Adding a element of outreach and sharing the gift of music was an important component of this class" stated Polly Cornelius, senior lecturer in music. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ pianist Sharon La Rocco accompanied the students and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ music alum Michelle Warshany '14 played the flute.
