The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ women’s lacrosse team is set to make its first appearance in the NCAA Tournament this weekend, taking on No. 13 Virginia at 5 p.m. on Friday, May 12, at Fetzer Field in Chapel Hill, N.C.
The game will air live on through the and platforms. This season, ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ played three games that were aired on ACC Network Extra and posted a 2-1 record with wins over the University of Virginia and Virginia Tech.
With a victory over the Cavaliers on Friday, the Phoenix would advance to the second round to battle No. 2 University of North Carolina at 1 p.m. on Sunday, May 14.
