High school scholars in ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s college access and success program gave short presentations to family and friends before participating in a ceremony celebrating their successes.

This meeting is required for any faculty member who will be serving as a new mentor to an Honors Fellow working on an Honors thesis this year and is encouraged for Honors mentors.

Sara Gould '09 and Brett “Coop” Cooper '05, both members of ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ's Washington, D.C., chapter, were recognized by the Capital Alumni Network (CAN) for their volunteer contributions to the organization during the 2014-15 academic year.

Faculty and staff from various campus programs and resources will be available to talk about their programs/offices and the opportunities/support they provide. 

Learn techniques for supporting student health and responding to indicators of unhealthy behaviors.

This session will be useful for anyone interested in teaching with "Why We Can't Wait" or communicating with students about the book. 

This workshop is required of faculty and staff who will be leading a group off-campus in 2015-2016, whether abroad or domestically.

Brandy Propst and Becky Olive-Taylor will facilitate discussions regarding ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ 101 program identity and required course elements.

New faculty will meet with the President, the Provost and with experienced ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ faculty to learn more about teaching and thriving at ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ and to prepare for the start of the academic year.

This is an opportunity for all staff and faculty student supervisors to learn many of the practices and processes involved in student employment.
