ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Orchestra Concert
McCrary Theatre, 7:30 p.m.
Thomas Erdmann opens his 12th season as orchestra director with vibraphonist Jon Metzger and ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ music graduate and bassist Kevin Pace performing Pace’s composition “As It Should Be” and the jazz standard “I Cover the Waterfront.” Among other pieces will be a “Concertino in G Major” by either Carlo Ricciotti or Giovanni Battista Pergolesi (music historians are unsure of the composer).
