Professor Emeritus of Philosophy John G. Sullivan provides a Holiday message for the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ community.
For this year’s annual ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ holiday video message, we turn to John G. Sullivan, professor emeritus of philosophy, who provides a thoughtful reflection on the concept of light.
Professor Sullivan served on the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ faculty for 36 years and was named the university’s first Distinguished University Professor. He received the Daniels-Danieley Award for Excellence in Teaching and the ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Medallion for service to the university. Sullivan residence hall in The Oaks neighborhood is named in his honor.
