ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ Men's Club Basketball hosted Wake Forest University this past weekend, coming up victorious with a win of 41-33.
The game was a hard-fought, physical battle. The scoring was low due to a very physical presence exhibited by both teams. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s team was a bit shorthanded, but everyone who participated was a key contributor to the team’s success. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ out-rebounded Wake Forest, and also had a better rate of scoring from the 3-point arc (30 percent as opposed to Wake Forest’s 15 percent), as well as playing tough in the face of pressure defense. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ will travel to Wake Forest on the 18th for a rematch!
