ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ

Beta Alpha Psi, an international honorary society for financial information students and professionals, initiated fourteen students in a Sept. 2 ceremony. The Lambda Xi chapter is hosted by ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s Department of Accounting in the Martha and Spencer Love School of Business.

The following students were initiated into Beta Alpha Psi:

Students who obtained full membership have maintained a 3.0 GPA overall, have at least a 3.0 GPA in an upper-level finance or accounting class and have been an associate member for one semester.

The ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ chapter of Beta Alpha Psi holds weekly activities relevant to industry topics, connecting educators, professionals and students. BAP sponsors an annual Meet & Greet that provides business students with the opportunity to network with and meet potential employers. ÂÒÂ×ÊÓƵ’s BAP chapter also provides opportunities for members to provide service through tutoring programs, food drives and Habitat for Humanity.
